Software development company

Published Aug 24, 2026

We build business software that reaches production and stays maintained after launch — the part of the job where most projects quietly fail.

Software projects rarely fail at the coding stage. They fail because the scope was never pinned down, because nobody owned the launch, or because the agency disappeared once the invoice cleared and the first real bug arrived.

We are a product company first. The platform we run for our own customers has to survive its own upgrades, its own support load and its own uptime expectations. That shapes how we build for clients: fewer clever abstractions, more boring code that the next developer can read.

What we build

Internal business systems

Order management, inventory, dispatch, billing, approvals — the systems a growing company outgrows spreadsheets for. Usually the highest-return software a mid-size business buys.

Customer-facing platforms

Portals, marketplaces and booking systems with real authentication, roles, payments and an admin side that your team can actually operate without calling us.

Integrations

Making software you already own talk to software you just bought. Unglamorous, frequently the cheapest way to solve what looked like a rebuild.

Rescue work

Taking over a codebase from a previous vendor. We audit first and give you a written assessment — including, sometimes, the recommendation not to rescue it.

How we work

  1. 1

    Written scope

Before an estimate, we produce a document listing what is in, what is explicitly out, and what we are unsure about. Ambiguity found here costs a paragraph; found in month four it costs a re-build.

  2. 2

    Working software early

You see something running in weeks, not at the end. Every milestone is deployed somewhere you can open, not demonstrated over a screen-share.

  3. 3

    Launch as its own phase

Data migration, cutover plan, rollback plan, and who is awake when it goes live. Budgeted as real work because it is.

  4. 4

    Handover that means it

Documentation, credentials, repository access and a support window. You own the code. If you want to move to another vendor afterwards, nothing we build is designed to stop you.

How we price it

Fixed price for well-defined scope, time and materials for genuine discovery work. We will tell you which one your project is, and we will not quote a fixed price on something neither side understands yet — that quote is always wrong and someone always pays for it.

Software of ours you can open right now

These are live production sites running on our platform, not mockups. Open any of them, then ask us to walk you through the admin side on a call.

Questions we get asked

Can we see software you have actually shipped?

Yes — that is the main thing that separates us from a portfolio of mockups. We run live production systems you can open in a browser, and we will walk you through the admin side of one on a call.

Do we own the code?

You own everything built for you, and we hand over the repository. Where your project sits on top of our existing platform, that platform stays licensed to you rather than assigned — we say clearly which parts are which before you sign.

What happens after launch?

A support window is included, and ongoing maintenance is a separate agreement rather than something assumed. Software that nobody maintains degrades; we would rather price that honestly than pretend launch is the end.

How long does a typical project take?

A focused internal system is usually eight to sixteen weeks. Anything quoted at "two weeks" is either tiny or being under-quoted to win the deal.

Are you based in Delhi NCR?

Yes. We work with clients across India and remotely, but NCR clients can meet us in person, which for a first project is worth more than most people expect.

Talk to us

Tell us what you are trying to build. The first call is a scoping conversation, not a pitch — and if you do not need us, we will say so.
