A chatbot is only worth building if it resolves queries or captures leads that would otherwise be lost. We build for those two outcomes and measure both.
Most chatbots fail the same way: they intercept a customer who wanted a human, fail to help, and leave the person angrier than before. That is worse than having no bot at all, and it is entirely avoidable with better routing design.
We design the handoff before we design the conversation. Knowing exactly when the bot should give up is what separates a bot that deflects support cost from one that generates it.
What we build
Support deflection bots
Answering the genuinely repetitive questions — order status, timings, documents needed, pricing — from your real content, with a hard escalation path the moment the query goes off-script.
Lead qualification bots
Capturing and scoring enquiries outside business hours so your sales team opens Monday with sorted leads rather than a backlog of missed messages.
Retrieval-grounded AI bots
Answers generated from your documents and product data rather than the model's general knowledge, so the bot cannot invent a policy you do not have.
Multilingual conversation
English and Hindi in the same thread, matching whatever the customer opens with — which for most Indian consumer businesses meaningfully changes completion rates.
How we work
- 1
Read the real transcripts
We start from your actual inbox or call logs, not an imagined user. The top intents are usually a short list, and they are usually not the ones the team guesses.
- 2
Design the escalation first
We define what the bot must never attempt before defining what it will handle. This is the step that most chatbot projects skip and most chatbot failures trace back to.
- 3
Pilot on one channel
One channel, one intent set, real customers, measured deflection and satisfaction. Expansion is earned by the numbers.
- 4
Tune on transcripts
Weekly review of where the bot failed or escalated wrongly. A chatbot that is not being tuned is decaying.
How we price it
Scoped by intent count and channel rather than by message volume, so your cost does not spike in the month you finally get busy.

Questions we get asked
Will the chatbot annoy our customers?
It will if it is built badly. The specific fix is an obvious, always-available route to a human — not buried three menus deep. We build that first and treat a rising escalation rate as a bug in the bot, not a failure of the customer.
Can it answer from our own documents?
Yes. Retrieval-grounded answering restricts the bot to your policies, pricing and product data. This is the single most effective control against a bot confidently inventing something you never offered.
Which channels do you support?
WhatsApp, website chat, and voice. WhatsApp is where most Indian customers actually are, and we run the official Business API rather than any unofficial automation.
How do we know if it is working?
Deflection rate, escalation rate, and captured leads — reported from day one. If deflection does not clear the threshold we agreed, the bot is not working and we say so.

Tell us what you are trying to build. The first call is a scoping conversation, not a pitch — and if you do not need us, we will say so.
